THE ALPHA GROUP is the name under which our businesses operate, and its activities are carried out through separate legal entities. This website is operated by Seif El Hakim FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for the personal information submitted through it. In this notice, “we” and “us” refer to Seif El Hakim FZE, operating under the THE ALPHA GROUP brand. Questions about this notice or your personal information can be sent to office@thealphagroup.net.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the nature of your enquiry, your name, organisation, role, country, email address, phone number, the content of your message and any link you provide. Our website platform also processes limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the form and protect it against spam and misuse. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it, or confidential documents, in your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, to direct it to the appropriate office or business within the group, to keep a record of our correspondence with you, and to protect this website against spam and misuse. If you accept analytics cookies, we use the resulting statistics to understand how the website is used, including how many enquiries it generates, and to improve it. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form, on our legitimate interest in considering business enquiries, and on your consent for analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored securely in our website platform, where it is reviewed by the people responsible for responding, and a notification containing your enquiry is sent to our corporate email. We use Webflow to host this website and to store and process form submissions, and Google Workspace, provided by Google, for our corporate email, including enquiry notifications and our correspondence with you. The enquiry form is protected against spam and automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the website's typeface is delivered by Google Fonts; both services receive limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when you visit. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics, provided by Google, receives information about your use of the website. We do not send your name, contact details or enquiry content to Google Analytics, and its advertising features are switched off. These providers act on our behalf and under our instructions, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. Within the group, your enquiry is shared only with the office or business responsible for it. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to consider and respond to your enquiry, to manage any business relationship that follows, or to meet a legal obligation. When it is no longer needed, we delete it from our website platform and email. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. To make a request, write to office@thealphagroup.net. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence, including the UAE Data Office.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They help us measure visits and enquiries and expire after up to 13 months. We do not use advertising cookies. Our website platform may also use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and working. You can change your choice at any time.
