Seif El Hakim, the Group's Founder & Chairman, also serves as Investor & Advisor to two consumer-electronics brands: Riversong, a smart devices brand, and BitKoinz, whose range spans smartwatches, smart rings, audio, smart glasses, chargers, power banks and cables. Maison Lumen is a 360° marketing agency providing brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, branded content and commercial production services.

Technology

Alpha Cold Intelligence Technology develops intelligent software and AI-powered solutions for the cold-chain and industrial sectors. Its flagship platform, Alpha Cold 360, integrates real-time monitoring, operations, traceability and advanced analytics, designed to improve efficiency and support better business decisions.

Sports

Alpha Empire Football Club is a Dubai-based sporting venture dedicated to developing football talent, building competitive excellence and establishing a lasting presence in the regional football ecosystem. The Group also holds a strategic investment in Maracuja Football Club, where Seif El Hakim's role is described as Strategic Investment & Advisory.

Private Ventures & Advisory
