The website is a new window onto activity that is already under way. Its operating businesses, strategic investments and advisory work were built over time across the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and the United Kingdom. Until now they were presented separately. The website brings them together, so that partners, investors and the media can see the whole Group, and how its parts relate, in one authoritative place.

Six areas of activity

THE ALPHA GROUP is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a presence across the UAE, Egypt and the United Kingdom. It builds, develops and invests in businesses across six areas:

• Real Estate: the strategic ownership of residential and commercial properties, with a long-term perspective.
• Consumer Electronics: Alpha TradeCore, the Group's wholesale and distribution business. Seif El Hakim also serves as Investor & Advisor to the Riversong and BitKoinz brands.
• Media: Alpha Media & Studios, its flagship property The Alpha Talks Show, and the 360° marketing agency Maison Lumen.
• Technology: Alpha Cold Intelligence Technology and its platform, Alpha Cold 360.
• Sports: Alpha Empire Football Club in Dubai, and a strategic investment in Maracuja Football Club.
• Private Ventures & Advisory: strategic advisory for businesses, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.

The Group's activities are carried out through separate legal entities, and each is presented according to its actual role: an operating business, a strategic investment or an advisory relationship.

How the Group works

Four disciplines run through the portfolio: building businesses on sound commercial foundations, investing selectively, developing what it holds with patience, and expanding into new markets only when the fundamentals support it. The Group values durable businesses over rapid activity, and relationships that outlast any single transaction.

This approach is shaped by the Founder & Chairman's experience. Seif El Hakim brings more than two decades of international corporate leadership and entrepreneurial experience, including senior roles at Samsung Electronics: at its global headquarters in South Korea, and as Regional Chief Marketing Officer for Russia and the CIS. Today he leads the Group's strategy, investments and partnerships.
